We ship our products all over Canada and United States.
However, we are working on enlargement of our delivery zones.
How much does shipping cost?
We provide FREE 3-Day Shipping all over Canada and United States.
When will I receive my purchase?
We use Amazon fulfillment to deliver our products in Canada and United States. You will receive your purchase via their 3-DAY Shipping program, that means ” in 3 business days after purchase”. Please, be warned, that weekends and holidays (federal and provincial) are not “business days”.
How can I pay for my purchase?
There are several ways to pay your purchase:
- Credit Card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards.
- PayPal. You can also use your PayPal account to pay your purchases.

Smart Pet Feeder is a device that connects you with your fluffy friend. It helps you feed it, talk to your pet and watch what is it doing in the moment. You can be near even when you’re on the work or vacation.

What kind of pets could be fed?
Usually, we recommend Smart Pet Feeder for cats and small- and medium-sized dogs. However, you can use it for any animal who eats dry food.
What "technical stuff" should I have?
To fully enjoy Smart Pet Feeder you should have a smartphone or a tablet, which work on IOS or Android. After downloading our FREE mobile application – your device is ready.
You should also have a wireless network (WiFi) at home. It is used to connect Smart Pet Feeder to internet. Thus you could receive data, video and audio via Internet wherever you are.
Is there battery backup in case of power outage?
What if you’re on vacation and there is a power outage at home? Don’t worry! Smart Pet Feeder uses 3 “D” batteries for backup (not included). In case of power outage, Smart Pet Feeder goes to energy saving mode. It can work 7-10 days more.
In this mode other features except Automatic Feeding don’t work. However, you can be sure that your pet will be fed.
How should I connect and configure it?
To connect and configure your Smart Pet Feeder, you just need to carefully follow instructions in User’s Manual (you can find it in the box you received).

How can I restore feeder to factory settings?
Restore Smart Pet Feeder’s settings to default ones is very easy:
- Press and hold “SET” button for approximately 5 seconds until you will hear “DING-DONG” sound.
- That’s all 🙂
What is Smart Water Fountain
How will I know that I need to add water?
First of all, huge capacity (3 liters) gives your opportunity not to refill fountain in days. Usually cats drink about 200 ml of water per day. Smart Water Fountain also has a water level reminder. When water’s level is low, it turns the pump off and turns on red lights, that tell you to refill your fountain.

How often should I replace filters?
It depends on mode that you use it:
- Normal Mode – 1 month
- Fancy Mode – 1.5 months
- Smart Mode – 3 months
